In October 2022 I joined HMH and have since focused on edTech products. The platform brings together online tools for the K–8 ELA and Math classroom — saving teachers time and lifting student engagement.

An in-flight project exploring how assessment data can be mapped into a clearer picture of class and student growth, so teachers can act on it during a lesson rather than after it.

A response flow that empowers teachers to facilitate classroom discussion and assess student answers, encouraging self-assessment and making targeted support easy to spot and give.

A grade-banded, playful and practical management tool that measures, monitors and helps control noise levels in the classroom without interrupting the flow of a lesson.
Construction industry case studies
Over four years at GoContractor I solved problems for three user roles with very different goals inside one application — responsive web apps and native mobile apps built in React Native and Angular, delivered with in-house, contracted and outsourced teams. GoContractor was acquired by Safety Plus in 2024.

A mobile app for construction sites and their workers, covering document tracking, site training and compliance from the pocket rather than the site office.

A QR code scanner that checks worker compliance at the gate, giving sites a lightweight access control solution without heavy hardware.

An induction course making sure everyone working on a construction project understood how to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace, delivered online before arriving on site.
